Over the  last six years Gratton Farm, which has not been a working farm for some time, has been sympathetically renovated. Whilst upgrading to a modern electrical system, photovoltaic and solar panels, installing underfloor heating and fitting double glazing throughout we have been careful to retain the buildings character. What we lovingly refer to as “The Snug” is a comfortable spacious bed sitting room with the warmth and charm of an old cottage.
